What it does
- Plan settings
- Included visits, discount percentage, perks and pricing under Settings → Membership; shown on the public Maintenance Plans page.
- Enrol from anywhere
- Enrol a customer from their record or the memberships list; customers can join from the portal.
- Renewal handling
- A scheduled task lapses expired memberships and emails the office about members renewing within 14 days.
- Maintenance due
- Members whose visits are due appear on the opportunities list so the office can book them.
